The next instalment in Lost in Cult’s premium series of design-focussed art books is here! Join us as we venture into the lawless reaches of a far-flung space station on the edge of interplanetary capitalism. This anniversary celebration of Citizen Sleeper comes in multifarious forms, with an official, high-end Design Works art book, an innovative new tabletop role-playing adventure, a beautiful vinyl record package, and many more extras besides.
The core Design Works book will highlight the incredible artistry of both the main game and its three DLC episodes (Flux, Refuge, and Purge). We’ll be zooming in on the details and minutiae of its art, discussing the game’s many influences and inspirations, and digging deep into ephemeral design processes with extended, developer-led captions, as well as key interviews and discussions with creator Gareth Damian Martin.

Cycles of the Eye Data-Cloud dice add-on
To celebrate the incredible success of the Citizen Sleeper: Design Works campaign – over 190% funded! – we’re launching a new set of add-on dice to be used with the Cycles of the Eye tabletop RPG. Over the last month we heard many of you asking for a more accessible add-on option for our custom Citizen Sleeper dice. This new double-set contains 5 glitter-and-swirl Data-Cloud Dice, and 5 Cycle Dice in a fresh "positive yellow" colourway.
This new set of 10 dice can be bundled with the Standard Cycles of the Eye edition, utilising them as typical energy and cycle dice.
Alternatively, you can use them alongside the Deluxe and Anniversary edition’s existing dice, enhancing the experience. In this form, the Data-Cloud Dice brings the tabletop game’s dice-matching hacking mechanics closer in line with the original video game, while the new yellow cycle dice help distinguish positive from negative clocks! Beyond this, these beautiful dice will bring a new flavour to any D6 system of your choice.

PRINTS
Limited edition A2 prints by Citizen Sleeper character artist Guillaume Singelin. Our large prints use Hahnemühle German Etching 310gsm stock, which has a tactile feel and fine surface texture, providing excellent reproduction of colour and detail, with deep blacks and optimum contrasts.
Deluxe Edition
The Deluxe Edition of Citizen Sleeper: Design Works includes the Standard edition art book, as well as a unique, special edition of the tabletop RPG, Cycles of the Eye, wrapped in a premium gloss cover. Exclusive to this and the Anniversary edition are our dice sets, custom designed for Cycles of the Eye but also usable as D6s for any tabletop session. This edition also comes with Holographic Foil details on its 78 Card Tarot Deck, two bookmarks, and a set of in-world iron-on patches based on those worn by the character Moritz in the game. Most importantly, all of this comes housed in a beautiful, custom box — coloured what we like to call “Citizen Magenta” with a metallic finish — boasting a magnetic clasp.

TTRPG - CYCLES OF THE EYE
The Citizen Sleeper tabletop game, Cycles of the Eye, uses dice and tarot cards (both Minor and Major Arcana) to create a solo journey through the game's location of Erlin’s Eye. Over the course of several cycles, you will complete challenges, reveal new locations and interact with iconic characters, building a story unique to your session from the included tarot deck. Who will your allies and adversaries be? Will your Sleeper build a new life on the Eye or escape it entirely?

Dice are important to Citizen Sleeper! Now, for the first time, they’re also physical. The Cycles of the Eye TTRPG includes five yellow energy dice featuring Citizen’s iconic hexagon glyphs and five magenta cycle dice for tracking quests and events on the Eye.

TAROT CARDS
The Cycles of the Eye 72-card Tarot Deck has two aesthetic variants. The Standard edition of the TTRPG features cards printed with regular ink, while the Deluxe edition’s cards feature holographic foil details. Regardless of the version you buy, the cards’ contents are the same. The 22 Major Arcana cards represent key characters and adversaries from the game, while Minor Arcana cards depict locations, challenges and resources, depending on context.

Designed to replicate a classic Japanese animation cell layout, as a tribute to the game’s anime influences, this gatefold LP also features interior “lo-fi” art of the Sleeper and the stray in their ramshackle apartment. The long-awaited physical editions of the Heterotopias zine are finally here! The first three issues, 001, 002, and 003, are being printed in a tangible form for the very first time.
Heterotopias is the leading publication about game spaces and architecture. Since 2017 it has dissected a rich tapestry of virtual environments with incisive writing, detailed studies, exciting essays and sublime photography. Arkane director Harvey Smith has named the zine “beautiful and illuminating”, while VICE has said the project is “animated by a sense of slow-burning anarchic experimentation”.
Now this digital series is becoming physical, with the first three issues available as timeless hardcover editions that include updated design and detailing, making them the ultimate versions of the project. All three volumes are available as standalone releases, while the Deluxe Edition bundles the books together with an exclusive, additional volume of studies, first produced for the Heterotopias website and now immortalised in a unique book form overseen by Heterotopias editor and creator Gareth Damian Martin.
Each of the issues in this series have been modified and re-edited for their physical debut, and feature beautiful open spines, translucent belly bands, and precise print detailing. Intended to be the definitive form of Heterotopias, the design has been created in collaboration with Gareth Damian Martin, and brings a new materiality to the zine.
Through the Heterotopias archive, Lost in Cult will continue to produce physical editions of all the work Heterotopias has created over the past five years, building a definitive collection of the world's foremost publication on game spaces and architecture.
