Delve into the depths of your mind and test your gaming knowledge with Did You Know Gaming’s new, dungeon-crawling trivia card game. Alongside a group of fellow heroes, you’ll be tasked with using your wisdom and insight to answer gaming-related questions as you progress through the dark, killing monsters, acquiring gear, and becoming stronger, all in the hope of defeating one of several deadly bosses and escaping the dreaded Trivia Dungeon. Choose an iconic player character and either band together with friends to take out the dungeon boss, or go it alone and escape solo.
Quick Game Overview
Test your video game knowledge in the ultimate Trivia Dungeon. Inspired by old-school dungeon crawlers, you and up to three other Players choose from a selection of 18 colourful Player Characters, all of which possess different Health, Inventory Space and a unique Ability. Together you’ll encounter deadly creatures from a deck of 100 Monsters.
In order to inflict damage, you’ll take turns to ask each other trivia questions. The player in combat will select a question based on difficulty (easy, medium or hard), dealing damage respective to the question level. When enough questions are answered and damage is dealt, a Monster is defeated and banished to the Graveyard. Players can then draw from a Loot pile (of 140 cards) where they then obtain useful Consumables and Gear to equip… or find themselves at the end of a troublesome Trap. Among this treasure lies a collection of Relics – collect four of these and you’ll be able to summon one of five deadly Bosses and finally take a run at escaping this Trivia Dungeon!

CROSSOVER CARDS
The Trivia Dungeon can sometimes appear a little warped and weird… stone walls become temporarily porous, allowing entities from other worlds and universes to filter in. Every week we’ll reveal a brand new duo of bonus cards, which are completely exclusive to this campaign (ending January 16th!). You may well recognise some of these “Crossover Cards” from your favourite indie games or content creators! After every new reveal, dangly talismans representing these cards will appear on the Sword of Charms above, so make sure to keep track and return regularly to see what the future holds. The first 10 pairs of Crossover Cards are included in both Standard and Deluxe editions bought during this limited campaign. Subsequent card reveals will only be included in the campaign-exclusive Deluxe edition.

CARD TYPES
Player Characters (18 cards, Tarot size) – At the start of the game, each Player chooses the Character they wish to play as. Player Characters possess unique abilities and have stats for Health and Inventory Size.
Monsters (100 cards, Playing card size) – Monsters are drawn from the ‘Monster Deck’ and must be defeated by Players correctly answering Questions.
Questions (200 cards, Tarot size) – Question cards are drawn, answered and used to do damage to Monsters. The Player in combat can select a question difficulty; easy, medium or hard (dealing 1, 2, or 3 damage respectively).
Loot (140 cards, Playing card size) – Loot comes in four forms: Consumables, Gear, Traps and Relics. At the start of each turn, the player draws one loot card. Loot can also be obtained by defeating Monsters.
Bosses (5 cards, Tarot size) – Bosses can be summoned when a Player has acquired 4 Relics Cards. Upon defeating the Boss, the successful Player wins the game.
HOW TO PLAY
Do You Know Gaming? is a card-based dungeon crawler where players select a Character and then answer trivia questions to take down enemies. Each character has varying starting stats: Health (❤️) and Inventory Space (🖐️) for self-imposed difficulty that provides a fair experience for those who may know more or less about video games.
A Monster is drawn and lies in the Player’s path, and must be defeated to proceed. Damage is dealt by answering questions tuned to 3 difficulties; easy, medium, and hard. Easy questions deal 1 damage (⚔️), medium deals 2 damage (⚔️), and hard questions deal 3 damage (⚔️). If the Player answers correctly, the damage is deducted from the Monster’s health. If they fail to answer correctly, they are damaged for 1 health (❤️) instead, unless stated otherwise.
After a Monster is defeated, Players draw a set number of Loot cards, the number of which is written on the Monster card, from the loot pile, and the Monster is placed into the Graveyard. A new Monster is then drawn immediately, and it is the next Player’s turn to proceed. If the Player loses the battle, they must discard 1 equipped piece of Gear, and 3 cards from their Inventory (🖐️) and shuffle them back into the Loot deck. There are also a number of consumable items that can be drawn from the Loot deck which have defensive, offensive and other properties. Consumable cards can be used at any time unless stated otherwise.
At the end of each Player's turn, Player and Monster Health are reset.
Players can hold a set number of Loot cards based on their Inventory Size (🖐️), any excess cards must be discarded. Some Loot can be equipped. Players can equip up to 3 Gear cards to bolster their stats. Equipped Gear can increase Player damage (⚔️), Player Health (❤️) and Inventory Size (🖐️), as well as have other interesting effects. On their turn, Players can exchange their equipped Gear prior to battle.
Players may draw a Relic card from the Loot pile, which must be placed in front of them face up immediately. Once the player has collected 4 Relics, on their turn, they may summon a Boss from the Boss deck, which must then be defeated. If the Boss is defeated, the Player wins. If the Player is defeated, the Boss is shuffled back into the deck.
If any deck is fully depleted, the discard pile is shuffled and then placed back into play.
