We offer a range of services, depending on the delivery destination, which will be presented at checkout. Our guide delivery times are as follows:
Tracked48: UK: 2-3 working days - Please note Orders currently take up to 14 days to ship
Tracked International (Tracked & duty unpaid): Please note Orders currently take up to 14 days to ship Europe (Western): 1-2 weeks Europe (Central and Eastern): 1-2 weeks International: 1-2 weeks
We aim to ship orders within 3 days. Upon dispatch, you will receive a notification via email. Pre-orders will ship in the given period stated on the listing. Pre-orders are charged at the time of sale. Please note Orders currently take up to 14 days to ship
Packaging
All of our hardcover books are wrapped, and packed with in secure card wrap mailers. Prints are tissue-wrapped and packed in postage tubes. Single softcover journals are sent in bubble mailers.
Lost or delayed orders
If your order hasn’t arrived within our advised shipping times, please contact us at team@lostincult.co.uk and we will investigate this for you on the double. We aim to answer all order queries within 48 hours during the working week (Monday to Friday, 10am to 6pm) and any weekend enquiries on the next working day.
Returns and damages
We accept all returns requested within 14 days of your order. In such cases, we just ask that the item is returned in its original condition. If you’d like to return a product, please get in touch at team@lostincult.co.uk to arrange this. All refunds exclude postage costs.
If your item has arrived damaged, please get in touch at team@lostincult.co.uk so we can arrange a replacement. Please also provide a description of the damage or photographs, which will also help us immensely in avoiding damages in the future.
