Please note that by bidding in this auction you are not guaranteed to win the listed item. Winning bidders will be contacted to make their donation to Safe In Our World (Safe In Our World is a registered charity in England and Wales no. 1183344) and once we receive confirmation of this donation the item will be sent out. If we receive two matching highest bids we will be in touch to see if either party wishes to raise the bid. If they do not then we will decide this at random. Lost In Cult Ltd takes makes no legal guarantee over the function or condition of these items and by bidding you are acknowledging these items are gifts made in exchange for donations. Under no circumstances will refunds be issued for items, and you are making the donations directly with Safe In Our World. By placing a bid you are agreeing that Lost In Cult Ltd is free of any legal obligations regarding the items, be it from accidental damage or indeed any damage or hazard created as a result of said item.
By Bidding you Agree to the following.
1. In order to bid in the auction, bidder must be aged 18 or over.
2. Each item in the silent auction is defined as a “Lot”. Bidders may bid for more than one Lot but may make only one bid for each individual Lot.
3. In order for a bid to stand the bidder must fill out the details form.
4. You acknowledge that once the Event Manager running the silent auction has confirmed you are the highest bidder, you will be expected to pay for the item(s) within 7 working days.
5. Late, incomplete, defaced or corrupt bids will not be accepted.
7. LOST IN CULT Ltd reserves the right to refuse or remove any bid in its absolute discretion.
8. Unless otherwise agreed by LOST IN CULT Ltd, Items will not be released to you until payment has been received and cleared funds have been received by SAFE IN OUR WORLD.
9. In the event of the Representative being unable to contact a winning bidder within seven days of the closing of the auction, or of the payment not being received within 7 days of a winning bidder being notified, LOST IN CULT Ltd reserves the right to award the Lot to the next highest bidder.
10. If, for any reason, the Event Manager is unable to award a lot, the Donor reserves the right to withdraw the lot from the auction.
12. The Donor and LOST IN CULT Ltd makes make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Lot and in no event will the Promoter and LOST IN CULT Ltd be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damages whatsoever arising from entrance to the silent auction or use of the Lot.
